The difference is in the opening, not the sales brochure

We photograph every job before, during and after, then publish the ones that show something worth learning from. No stock photography anywhere on this site.

Why homeowners choose us

An inspector’s eye. A carpenter’s hands.

We diagnose before we quote

Our lead is a Certified Professional Home Inspector. That means we find the actual cause - a missing flashing, an unsealed head, an out-of-plumb frame - instead of selling you the product we happen to stock.

One written price, no hidden fees

Labour, materials, disposal and clean-up in one number before we start. If we uncover something behind the trim, you get a photo and a cost, and nothing proceeds without your approval.

We treat it like a home, not a site

Mats and drop sheets before tools. Cutting outside or under containment. Debris out the same day and a vacuum before we leave. Our reviewers mention this unprompted more than anything else.

Small job or whole project, same standard

We will come out for a single snapped window crank, and we will run a full replacement programme across a house. Same person quoting, same person on the tools.

Our process

Five steps. You always know which one you are on.

The reason renovation feels stressful is uncertainty, not dust. So we make the sequence explicit and stick to it.

Start at step one
  1. You send a photo or call

A picture of the problem tells us more than a paragraph. Most enquiries get a real answer the same day.

  2. We inspect on site, free

An inspection, not a sales visit. We check the perimeter, the sill, the flashing and the framing, and explain what we find.

  3. You get one written price

Itemised scope, inclusions, exclusions, timeline and the change-order rule. Licence and insurance certificates attached.

  4. We do the work, cleanly

Protection down first. Daily photo updates if you are out. Anything unexpected comes to you with a picture and a number.

  5. We test it, then walk it with you

Water test on anything we sealed, operation checked on anything that moves, then a walkthrough and your warranty in writing.

Our warranty

If something we sealed leaks, we come back. In writing.

A two-year written workmanship warranty on everything we install, on top of the manufacturer’s coverage on the product itself. No phone-tag, no arguing about whose fault it is. You call, we come.

2 years workmanship
Installation, sealing, flashing and carpentry.
Manufacturer coverage passed through
Registered in your name, paperwork handed over.
Licensed, WCB & liability insured
Certificates sent with your quote, unasked.

5 out of 5 stars

“Absolutely outstanding experience. The roof above my porch was leaking during the recent heavy rains. He responded promptly, found the cause of the leak — overlooked gaps around my window entirely missed by the original developer — patiently explained the issue, then sealed everything with precision. He went above and beyond, completing the job faster than promised without cutting any corners. He then thoroughly tested his solution to ensure the leak was fixed before finishing up, and left the space spotless.”

“Our window crank mechanism had snapped off from the window itself. From first contact to end of job was less than 4 hours. Very impressive and knowledgeable workmanship. He had his own work mat to cover our floor to collect debris and left everything clean. I would highly recommend.”

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

If yours is not here, phone or email and you will get a straight answer, not a booking form.

Often it can be repaired. A snapped crank, a failed sealed unit, a rotten sill or bad perimeter sealing are all fixable without a new window. We inspect first and tell you honestly which side of that line you are on — including when replacement is genuinely the cheaper answer over ten years.

No. You get one written price covering labour, materials, disposal and clean-up before we start. If we open a wall and find something we could not see — rot, missing flashing, a structural surprise — we stop, photograph it, and send you the cost of the extra work. Nothing gets added without your written approval.

Most enquiries get a reply the same day, and we can usually be on site within a few days for repairs. Emergencies — broken glass, active water ingress — we prioritise and will make the opening safe immediately even if the permanent fix has to wait for parts.

Yes. We hold an Alberta business licence, WCB coverage and liability insurance, and we will send the certificates with your quote without being asked. Our lead is also a Certified Professional Home Inspector.

Yes. Broken, shattered or vandalised glass is our priority call. We attend the same day where we can, make the opening safe and weather-tight with a proper board-up, and then reglaze once the correct sealed unit arrives — usually five to ten days. Board-up starts at $120 for residential; commercial storefronts are quoted on attendance.

Send us a photo. Get a straight answer.

Most enquiries get a real reply the same day - what is likely causing it, what it takes to fix, and roughly what it costs. No obligation, no sales call.

Fastest reply is WhatsApp - send a photo of the window and we can often price it without a visit. Or email info@framefix.ca · Verified 5.0 on HomeStars ↗
